Privacy Policy

SimpleRaffle is a software tool that helps nonprofit organizations run in-person raffles. We are operated by PTC Apps. We do not sell raffle tickets, process ticket payments, or act as a raffle platform. We provide software — nothing more.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the name and email associated with that account.

Raffle data: You enter ticket buyer names, phone numbers, and ticket numbers into the app. This data belongs to your organization — we store it so you can run your raffle and generate reports.

Payment information:If you purchase a plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Usage data: We collect basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. We do not use third-party tracking scripts.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

We use the following services to operate SimpleRaffle:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting
• Amazon SES — transactional email delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Your raffle data is stored as long as your account is active. You can delete individual events and tickets at any time. If you want your entire account deleted, email us at support@simple-raffle.com.

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. No advertising or tracking cookies.

SimpleRaffle is intended for use by nonprofit organizations and their adult volunteers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
