Terms of Service

SimpleRaffle is a software tool ("Service") that helps organizations run in-person raffles. We provide software to manage ticket entry, run live draws, and generate reports.

We are not a raffle platform. We do not sell tickets, handle ticket money, or operate raffles. Your organization is solely responsible for conducting its raffle in compliance with applicable laws.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account represents one organization (club, chapter, group). Do not share credentials outside your organization.

You agree to use SimpleRaffle only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your raffle complies with your state, county, and local laws. SimpleRaffle does not provide legal advice and makes no representation about the legality of raffles in your jurisdiction.

SimpleRaffle offers a free trial (10 draws per event). Paid plans are billed through Stripe.

• Per Event ($39): One-time purchase for a single event.
• Yearly Unlimited ($199/year): Unlimited events for one organization. Renews annually.
• Multi-Chapter ($499/year): Multiple chapters under one account. Renews annually.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions honor their current price through the end of the billing period.

Per-event purchases are non-refundable once the draw has been started. Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time — you retain access through the end of the billing period. Contact support@simple-raffle.com for refund requests.

You own your data. Ticket buyer information, draw results, and reports belong to your organization. We store this data to provide the Service. You can delete your data at any time through the app.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disruptions during your event — we recommend testing before game day.

SimpleRaffle is a software tool. We are not responsible for the outcome of your raffle, disputes between your organization and ticket buyers, regulatory compliance, or any financial losses related to your event. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@simple-raffle.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
